Jazz Piano Solo Pieces ABRSM Grade 6-8 from 2026

The new Jazz Performance Grades Syllabus for Grades 6 to 8 gives learners the opportunity to take their jazz journey beyond Grades 1–5. The syllabus is designed to inspire and challenge learners at higher levels, focusing on jazz performance techniques and musical expression. Carefully designed to help learners progress, these exams have a strong focus on performance, including interpretation and embellishment of material, improvisation and playing with characteristic jazz tonal colour.
