Shipping & Delivery

We have a number of shipping options available. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order. Please let us know if you would like to know shipping costs before your order is sent. All orders will be sent with the cheapest shipping options available to your area, unless otherwise specified. All orders are sent with tracking.

All items are carefully packed to prevent any damage in transit. We use a combination of environmentally friendly cardboard twist mailers, cardboard boxes. tough cardboard envelopes and paper based protective wrapping to sure all items arrive safely.

For items in stock, dispatch will be within 1-2 business days. We will endeavour to send any orders placed before 11:00am on the same day, but cannot guarantee this will occur. An items you may have on backorder will be automatically released with your next order, unless specified otherwise.

Domestic Standard & Express

We use the following to ship orders domestically:

For smaller orders
+ AusPost Parcel Post (2-5 business days metro, 4-10 days regional*)
+ AusPost eParcel Standard (2-5 business days metro, 4-10 days regional*)
+ AusPost eParcel Express (1-3 business days metro, 3-7 business days regional*)

For larger orders
+ StarTrack Road Express (1-5 business days metro, 4-7 days regional*)
+ Fedex/TNT Road Express (1-5 business days metro, 4-7 days regional*)

For quick delivery
+ StarTrack Premium (1-2 business days metro only*)

*Please note: delivery timeframes are a guide only, we cannot guarantee delivery within these timeframes. The ranges provided are cover delivery from Sydney to all areas across Australia. Locations further away from our warehouse will take longer to arrive.

International

We use the following to ship orders internationally:
+ AusPost International Express
+ Fedex/TNT International

The choice of carrier will be based on your location and the size of your order. If you already have accounts with our shipping partners and wish to use your account rates for shipping, please let us know.

You may need to pay customs fees and/or GST on top of the advertised purchase price when the goods arrive in your country. Devirra Music is not responsible for paying these fees. We recommend checking your country’s importing fees before purchasing.

Pick Up

Pick up is available for our Chatswood warehouse at Warehouse 1, 328 High St Chatswood NSW 2067. Please let us know when placing your order, that you would like to come to us to collect.
