Returns & Refunds
All returns need to be approved before coming back to us. Please email sales@devirra.com to discuss.
For faulty/damaged items:
For any items that arrive faulty or damaged, we will supply a return label (via AusPost) that can be used to send the items back to us, at no cost to you. The item simply needs to be packed up in sufficient packaging, have the label attached, and dropped at your local post office.
For change of mind items:
Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving (based on tracking information), excluding special order items and sale items. Items must be returned in undamaged, unused, and in as-new condition with no pricing stickers attached (and packed accordingly), and will be assessed by our team once it has been received. We reserve the right to refuse a return if any item does not comply with these requirements. You are welcome to return the item at your own cost, however the item must be trackable. Otherwise, we can offer a flat rate return label (via AusPost) at a cost of $15, which will be deducted from your refund.

Credits will be issued for all change of mind items, unless otherwise discussed. If a refund is required, monies will be returned via the original payment method used (bank deposit or credit card). You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods:
+ are faulty
+ have been wrongly described
+ are different from the sample shown to you, or
+ do not do what they are supposed to do
