Rondo for Cello and Piano in G minor Op 94

Though only a minor pendant to the great Cello Concerto, Antoní_n Dvoríçk's Rondo Op. 94 is an effective and entertaining piece that belongs in the standard repertoire of every cellist. Dvoríçk composed it in December 1891 shortly before leaving for America, and he gave the work its premiíÂre performance on 3 January 1892 with his friend, the cellist Hanus Wihan, during his farewell concert tour. To produce this urtext edition MilanPospí_sil consulted the autograph score and first edition not only for t he piano version, but also for the orchestral version of October 1893.
